Shipping/Handling Policy:


Following credit card authorization and verification of information, your order will be processed within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm EST). Please allow 3 - 6 business days for delivery on domestic orders and 5-10 business days for delivery on international orders.

If an item that you order is out of stock, it may take a little longer depending upon availability. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Credit cards are not charged and money orders are not cashed until the order ships.

U.S. orders are shipped USPS Mail, UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day depending on your location and your selected shipping method at checkout. All international orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.

Orders shipping within the contiguous US (48 states) that contain a subtotal over $75 receive FREE shipping. If you select free shipping, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail or courier of our choice . Please allow 3-6 days from date of shipment for delivery.
***Please note: FREE SHIPPING is a limited time offer and is subject to change without notice. Free shipping offer is good for standard shipping on orders within the United States. If you choose an upgraded shipping option, additional shipping charges will apply as quoted at checkout. The $75 minimum purchase calculation for Free Shipping does not include the value of online gift certificates, and charges related to shipping & handling. We will not make any adjustments on any previous purchases. This free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $75. We reserve the right to charge applicable shipping & handling costs to any such orders. If you return an item for store credit or refund and the amount of the returned item brings the total order amount below $75, the appropriate fee for the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the amount you receive as a store credit or refund.
If you choose the free shipping option and any of the items in your order are on backorder / require special order we will hold your shipment until it can ship complete unless you advise us otherwise. You will receive an email advising you of any appropriate backorder / on order status with an estimated shipping time.

If your order status is "Reviewed", please contact us via email (Reviewed status means there is an issue with your order that needs to be attended to before your order ships). Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any additional import duties/taxes that their country may charge. PenguinClothing.com will not be held responsible for such charges and will not be responsible for return shipping charges if the order is refused.

All international returns are eligible for store credit only. No exceptions.

How long should my order take to reach me?

Please allow 3-6 business days for standard delivery on domestic orders. Please allow 5-7 business days for all other international orders. US orders are shipped via US Mail, UPS Ground or UPS 3 day depending on your location. Orders shipping to a PO BOX, APO, FPO, Hawaii, and Alaska will be sent via US Priority Mail. ORDER STATUS KEY

Pending: We have received your order and it will be processed shortly.

Shipped: Your order is on its way. Use the tracking information to check your order's progress with the noted carrier.

On Order: If an item on your order is in On Order status, please allow a few extra days for us to send it out to you. The item is available and we are in the process of getting it shipped to you, however, we may have had to place a special order for it from our remote warehouse or from the manufacturer which can take 4-10 extra business days. Please allow 5-11 business days for On Order items.

Shipped Partial: One or more of your items may be On Order or Permanently Out Of Stock. The items that are currently available have shipped out and are on the way to you. Use the tracking information to check your order's progress with the noted carrier. If you created an account when initially placing your order, you can log-in on the order status page to see the individual status of each item in your order. When the unshipped portion of your order ships out, the status will change to Shipped Partial - Order Complete.

Shipped Partial - Order Complete: The remainder of backordered / available items on your order have shipped out.

Permanently Out Of Stock: An item or items on your order is/are sold out and no longer available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service department for details.

Card Declined: There has been a problem with your credit card please contact our customer service department for details.

Why is one of my items on On Order and what does that mean?

As you may know, we strive to carry the most extensive stock of Original Penguin products available anywhere. Although we stock thousands of items in our ship center, due to popular demand , it sometimes becomes necessary for us to acquire an item for your order from one of our remote warehouses or from the manufacturer. If this occurs, you will receive an order status email update from us with a “On Order” status next to the appropriate item(s). This just means we have ordered the item for you and will ship your order out as soon as it arrives. Please allow approximately 5-11 business days to receive an On Order item. If at any time you wish to check on any item in your order and/or make a replacement for an in-stock item one of our Customer Service Representative’s will be happy to assist you.

Why does it appear that my credit card has been charged even though you haven't shipped out my order yet?

Your credit card is only authorized at the time your order is placed, this is not a charge, it's simply a communication between our credit processing system and your credit issuing bank that validates the authenticity of the information you entered and reserves the total order amount so it may be charged later when you order ships. If you use a debit card, once your card is authorized, you will see this amount deducted from your balance (it is still there but your bank is reserving it for this order to be charged).
These authorizations remain open until there is either a charge placed against them or the authorization expires. If the authorization expires with no charge or a lesser charge made against it, the reserved funds are made available again and reflected in your balance. Please note that we do not charge your card until your order ships and charge only for items that do actually ship at that time.


What payment methods are accepted?

On all orders shipping to the US and Canada, PenguinClothing.com accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Money Order, and PayPal. All international orders must be paid by Money Order or Bank Wire.

How do I pay by Money Order or PayPal?

Place all the items you would like to order in your shopping basket and click “Checkout”. During the checkout process you will be asked to choose your payment method. If you choose Money Order or PayPal, the address to send your payment to will come up at the completion of the order and also in your confirmation email. Please note that your order will not ship until the payment is received and clears into our account. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON YOUR MONEY ORDER OR IN THE COMMENTS FIELD OF THE PAYPAL PAYMENT.
